A discussion of the unit, the role being requested (RN, CRNA, NP, or physician), the specialty required, shift structure, state location, total headcount needed, and the target start date for onboarding.
02
02
Profile & Eligibility
Eleonas
We review the candidate’s experience, English level, and whether a visa and licensure pathway can be successfully completed for the state and role being pursued. This helps us confirm the candidate is a strong match for U.S. placement.
03
03
Sourcing
Eleonas
We build a strong pipeline of U.S.-educated nurses and/or qualified international professionals, ensuring a steady flow of talent for placements. Our sourcing model combines domestic readiness with global reach to meet employer demand efficiently and reliably.
04
04
Clinical Screen
Eleonas
We verify the candidate’s professional credentials, review clinical history, check references, and conduct an Eleonas interview to ensure their experience and competencies align with U.S. standards and employer requirements.
05
05
Licensure & Exams
Eleonas
Eleonas coordinates the licensure pathway while candidates complete the exams and English-proficiency requirements needed for their role. This may include NCLEX, VisaScreen/CGFNS, and state BON steps for nurses; COA/CRNA boards for nurse anesthetists; NP certification exams; and medical licensure for physicians. Our team ensures every stage aligns with U.S. regulatory and state-specific standards.

Presentation
Eleonas & Hiring Team
Qualified candidates are shortlisted and presented to the hospital for interviews with the CNO, CMO, or hiring manager. This step ensures alignment with the role, the team, and the facility’s clinical expectations.
07
07
Offer & Contract
Hiring Team + Eleonas
Candidates receive a formal offer detailing compensation, start date, and what the employer covers (such as relocation, housing, or sponsorship terms). Eleonas supports both sides to ensure the contract is clear, complete, and aligned with the role.

Immigration (if applicable)
Eleonas + Candidate + Hiring Team
If the candidate already has work authorization, this step is skipped. Eleonas coordinates with in-house counsel to manage the visa or petition process when a candidate is not yet authorized to work in the U.S., with employer sponsorship support when needed.

09
Relocation (if applicable)
Eleonas + Candidate + Hiring Team
Travel, arrival coordination, temporary housing, bonuses, and hospital support are provided based on the employee’s compensation package. These benefits vary by facility and candidate.

Candidates receive first-shift support followed by structured 30/60/90-day retention check-ins. This joint process between Eleonas and the facility ensures a smooth transition, early performance alignment, and long-term stability.
